I am scared that a counselor will not take me seriously, DH cheated on me quite a few years ago and it still bothers me. I have tried to put it behind me but I still have nightmares about it which brings it all back up again. DH now is refusing to discuss this subject with me unless we are at a counselor. I don't know where to start.
