How do I figure out the proper amount of calories I need to take in per day and still lose weight?

 

I'd need to know the # in conjuction with light/moderate exercise, and NO exercise...

Once you put in the info, it will tell you the lowest you should go in calories per day.

Keep in mind that there are 3500 calories in a pound of stored body fat. If you create a 3500-calorie deficit in a week through diet, exercise or a combination of both, you will lose one pound.
