T.O.gurl Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 My boyfriend and I are usually very reserved when we're in public, usually just hold hands with an occasional kiss here and there, but one of my best friends and her boyfriend are all over eachother when we're out with them in public. We'll be at a bar or club and they'll just start making out like crazy, not caring who's around. I've been at a little cafe with them before and she practically sat in his lap the whole time and dry-humped in this place(we were the only people there when this happened)but we'll go out to other places and she'll just go sit in his lap. My boyfriend and I went to the movies with them a few weeks ago and they had a full-on makeout fest during most of the movie. I just find it a little bizarre. It's sometimes too much imo. I was reading this article that said sometimes couples who are really touchy-feely in public are lacking something behind closed doors. I found this odd because I've always figured couples that are really touchy-feely are probably the same way behind closed doors. What do you guys think? Are you into PDA or does it make you sick?

Lauriebell82 Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 yeah thats a little excessive i think. me and my bf are affectionate (hold hands, he puts his arm around me, hugs me, quick kisses) but making out in a public place is a littel gross. granted i've made out with a guy at a club but thats around a lot of other people who are drunk and making out. i think it might depend on where the over-excessive PDA is taking place.

When I was in high school I used to make out in the movie theatre because where else can you go to make out without having parents around??? But ever since I moved away to college and now own my own home, the need for PDA has been eliminated. So if you guys are in your teens, I can understand I guess, but if you're college age or older, that's a bit weird.

Lauriebell82 Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 well he knows i love this website..i didnt disclose that i posted anything about him i only open threads that i like to read and he comes over and reads them and suggests that he wants to post something. thats all. he really doesnt know anything about the website or how to tell who posted what, anyway. he just sees me looking at interesting posts and reads them with me. its fun for both of u.
