bm0005 Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 I am good friends with this girl at college. I have already made up my mind to tell her that I have feelings for her because I feel that if I don't, I will regret it forever. My question is, in what way should I do it? I was thinking one of two options: 1) wait for a moment when we are alone and tell her then, or 2) ask her to go out with me to like dinner or something and tell her then. Any ideas?
Guest Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Just Don't Think About It Let It Be Natural Besides When U Like Someone And Are In Like With Them Words Are Not Needed Nice - But Not Needed On A Downer Note - My Parents Are Really Having A Tough Time This Winter And They Are Getting Sick Everyday So I Went To See Someone About Going Back To The Pen If Needed. I Can't Have This Effect Them - They Are Too Old. And So, I Talked With My Agent About Going On To A Program That Will Be Absolute Hell For Me But At Least My Parents Will Be Able To Feel Ok Life Is Full Of Challenges And One Must Rise To Them And When U Are The Cause Of Suffering, You Must Take Responsiblity - I Have And That's Way I Know I Have Grown Into Someone I Wanted To Be. Thanks Babe - U Did A Great Job
tanbark813 Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Neither. Ask her to dinner but keep it light and fun. If you guys hit it off then kiss her at the end of the date (or during if there's a comfortable moment and it's not awkward). If she pulls away then you have your answer.
fudge_cake_89 Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 ok, well from a girls point of view, i would say going out to dinner would be a little too OTT for good friends, and if she doesnt share the same level of feelings for you, then she mite get scared off a bit. i would just wait until a quite moment, dont make it too obvious, just say 'can i discuss something with you quickly' or something along those lines. and then explain your feelings to her. or then again you could just hint to her that you like her, by saying, (if you dont already) that you like her hair today, or you think she looks nice today. you'll probably get stronger positive reactions if she likes to the same way as you like her. or just take her to see a movie or something. if it goes well and you get vibes that she enjoyed it, and she likes you then tell her. hope it helps!

EXACTLY, but not a "nice" dinner. Just like a casual/fun place.
tanbark813 Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 EXACTLY, but not a "nice" dinner. Just like a casual/fun place. Word. Chili's is usually my first dinner date place. I like to build fajitas.
