I have gathered final evidence of my wife`s cheating.She has been with at least two other men while we where married for +- 1 year.She doesn`t seem to be intrested in the way our life was before all the cheating started.I am now at a point where I must make the call to devorce and she seems to be happy to oblige.She was full of lies and my life now seems chattered after 6 years of us being togher. We where married in community of property but I bought most of the items before the wedding except for the house and some bits of furniture.I paid for all of these items where she paid only for her car ,her share for medical aid ,cellphone contract and that`s sort of it.We have no children.What are my chances,what should I do and what should I prepare for ? I took a look at your other thread, and it looks to me like she never did take your marriage or engagement seriously. There really aren't any legal experts here at LS. Mostly, people here share their stories and offer emotional support. My advice to you would be to see an attorney local to your area. If you want to get a bit of advance knowlege on divorce law, you can try some divorce sites that will give you state-by-state information, such as divorcenet.com.
