One was about a water bill sent to me from an apt we used to have together..wanted to know the amount when she could've easily picked up the phone and clld the apt manager. Second was today to ask whether my dad did home additions when she knows he doesn't do that anymore, she was asking for a friend. All the while she keeps checking my myspace page and i've got pictures up after I've lost 50 lbs. What gives???

The fact that you have posted this thread indicates that you might be glad she is having to make up these pathetic excuses. Just have a think about whether you want her back or are just sort of enjoying the fact that she has been reduced to this level!
