I would like tips and tidbits... also things you stay away from... or things that you do that make you happier but you know are not good for you and you say what the Hell... For me I recently started drinking Green Tea... I feel much better vs drinking all that coffee. And I stay away from gossip... no need for it...

Happy and healthier: Eating fresh fruit, a workout, a session of rollerblading, having a good laugh, the feeling after taking a hot shower, doing what is right instead of doing what is easiest and what benefits you. Things that I stay away from: excessive gambling, smoking, coffee drinking, drama, fast food,
norajane Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 For Christmas, a couple of friends bought me fruit-of-the-month from Harry & David, so now I'm eating pears all the time. I hear they're really good for you, and they're very tasty.
longlegzs80 Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 One thing that makes me happier is pets. I like a pet who has a good personality if that makes any sense. I feel better that I am staying away from bad food and as soon as I join a gym I will be even better.
cutegirl Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 This may sound kind of shallow but I always feel AMAZING, like a different person after I get my makeup professionally done by a professional artist. It probably does more for my well being than a psychiatrist. Looking your best has a lot to do with how you feel. Pampering myself, like getting my makeup done, eyebrows done, hair done always makes me feel good outside AND inside. Afterwards I feel revitalized like I'm ready to conquer the world and face ANYTHING.
