2sunny Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 No - but I love what a wonderful life - by Louis Armstrong... still cry EVERY time I hear it.
LittleWingedOne Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 The Magnetic Fields - Chicken With It's Head Cut Off We heard it and laughed because it fit us so well
mzlove78 Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 The song "In my mind" by Heather Headley used to be his ringtone on my cell phone. That has kind of stuck in our heads, so now when either of us hear it, or when we're together and it comes on, it has a little meaning now.. After our first "seperation" when I thought I couldnt do this anymore, I deleted that tone, and still dont use it to this day... The ring tone now is "I wish I wasnt" by Heather Headley also... LOL We're still together and its getting deeper by the day, and as it does im steadily backing away...... This hurts too much

NearlyThere Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 The whole Album, Confessions on a dance Floor - Madonna. Because nearly every song has a phrase in it that resembles a stage in our R. The album came out at roughly the same time as we started to see each other.
frannie Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 No! oh no! We don't have an 'Our Song' at all. Hmm... actually that's not surprising since music is one of the few things we really disagree on! He never wants to listen to my stuff and his stuff bores me. We have plenty of favourite films in common... lol... ok not the same.
yousaveme Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Does it count if its a song that when he hears it makes him think about you? I really dont have a song that is ours.....
Je Ne Regrette Rien Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 We've got too many "Your songs", music brought us together in a way. He's made me a million compilations, I love them all
yousaveme Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Aerosmith : I dont want to miss a thing Rascal Flatts : Fast Cars and Freedom

Yeah, that counts. The songs I posted are OUR favorites. Whenever one of us hears the song, we immediately call the other to tell em to turn on the station it's playing on. We have a long long long list of songs. Too many to post here.

burning 4 revenge Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 I didn't share a song ,but I used to tell an old gf that that Madonna song "Borderline" was about her, because she had BPD.
pricillia Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 I didn't share a song ,but I used to tell an old gf that that Madonna song "Borderline" was about her, because she had BPD. Too Funny!!!!!!!!!
Pyro Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 I have never been the one to have a song or two with a GF, however when I hear "Behind Those Eyes" by 3 Doors Down, I think of my ex.
guin_girl Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 with my ex it was the following.... now he ruined a perfectly good song Clay Walker: Hypnotize The Moon
kymberann Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 Chasing cars - Snow Patrol We used to road race together on bikes. He used to pace cars to keep up his cadence. I used to chace him to keep up. Then the rest of the words just fit our relationship. He and I used to have SUndays together and we would play that song over and over and just listen to it. I can't stand to hear it now, still too painful!
Lostgurl Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 We had about three songs, when played we'd never fail to sing to eachother. Here's one of them. The one we thought would have been our wedding song. My love is your love.
Meaplus3 Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 That the both of you call "Your Song"? Never a your song. But this song has always made me cry since I was a teenager, kind of my offical end of it all song. Sorry for the cap's copied the lyrics online. Total Eclipse of the heart
stillhere Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 I'd post lyrics, but i got in trouble for that once already!! Your Man~Josh Turner (that's his ringtone on my cell) Right Kind of Wrong~Leanne Ryhmes (almost too perfect)
Great Gazoo Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 Our song would have to be More than Words by Extreme, we would always slow dance to it,
dropdeadlegs Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 This doesn't count as "Our Song", but we both get really excited to hear anything by Guns N Roses, AC/DC, and a Philly band called Silvertide. Let's see, GNR music is a lot about drug usage, AC/DC is more about sex and drugs, and Silvertide doesn't fit into a mold based on one CD release, but we saw them at a local "low dough show" based on one song called "I Ain't Comin' Home" Those don't sound like love songs, but we love music! And GNR did have a song "I Think About You" that was nice.
