When your spouse leaves you for another man(or as she puts it "a Friend"), is it common to feel no self worth and look at your life and think every aspect is a mess?

It is more than normal to feel that way about your life right now. Why woulden't you feel despondent at this point in your life?

I have found reading people's posts here, finding others in your position, really helpful and inspiring. I mean, reading the threads of others who are going through what you're going through and watching their self-respect and courage unfold... I love LS for that.

Although you ask a slightly different question, i do think the end result is the same. A lot of people suffer through low self esteem and the sky is falling moments while going through a divorce. The pain is unbearable, but every day you put effort in rebuilding your confidence the stronger you'll become.
