RocketMan2 Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 Hi guys, Ive obviously been rather stressed with my recent break up, and i seem to have developed the shakes :s i cant keep my hands steady at all Its not really bad, but its quite noticable, and its worse when im tired. Is that a symptom of stress? I know I should go for a proper diagnosis, but what do you think? Cheers
whichwayisup Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 Emotionally you're going through a rough time, which ofcourse is going to make you feel down, depressed, and feel anxiety. All you can do is try to take deep breaths, and just know that all this will pass eventually. Get some exercise too, walk, do yoga, run - Whatever can keep you active. If in afew more weeks or a month you're still feeling quite depressed then go talk to your Dr and see what he/she says that can help you through this rough time.

whichwayisup Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 Yeah, you might wanna cool down with the intake of booze/drugs...I'm sure that is part of why you're feeling so shakey and tired.
