Hello, Im 16 and play football for my school. I broke my shoulder and a part of my collar bone in a game. Now i Have been fairly inactive for about 6 months. I lost some muscle and gained A LOT of fat. I basically kept eating how I did when I was playing football and working out. I went from about 205 to 235. I got stretch marks on my lower abs and other areas, I guess from gaining so much fat in a short period of time.

I recently started working out again. Im getting into lifting and my cardio little by little. Im finding myself not being able to perfom half of what I did when I was very active. Im basically in a slump.

I went to GNC and told the story to the fella working there. I asked him what would be the best way to get my muscles going again, and to burn that extra fat. He suggested Muscle milk with cytosine. So I bought it. The fat contents on muscle milk are very high and if I am to drink that 3 times a day (before workout, after, before bed) that would be like 1,500 calories... It says something about muscle milk having lipids that help you burn fat more easily. Does anyone have any experience with muscle milk, or have any suggestions for my position
