Nezero Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 Okay, so I'm sitting here close to midnight really quite annoyed. Actually more angry. So I guess the story starts off with the background information. So to start things of the friend is a girl who is my friend's girlfriend's friend. I originally asked her out last week but she was busy with work and stuff. This Monday I asked her out for today, Friday. Now initially I was aiming to see if I felt anything more for her but I discovered later after asking her out that she might be getting back with her ex so I decided to just keep it as friends. The times for movies didn't come out until Wednesday so I messaged her Wed night saying what movie, what time and when to meet up. Didn't get a reply so I rang her the next day but got cut off for unknown reasons at that time. I was a little bit concerned at this point but I would be seeing her that night as my friends were going to a bar and she was coming as well. I asked her about it and she was like 'yeah I was sleeping when I got your message and my phone died' I guess it was genuine since she had a sisters phone on her. So we agreed on the time and stuff. Now come today, I turn up outside the cinema before 11:30 (movie at 12 agree to meet up at 11:30). Waited until 12 and started getting rather annoyed. Tried ringing her but unfortunately her phone was stuffed. I tried her friend to ask her if she knew her home number but the friend was working so she didn't answer. So I eventually wasted 3 hours (more cause I got my bro to pick me up and had to follow him to the doctors) there cause I ate lunch and everything. So coming up now 12 hours since the movie we were going to see was suppose to start and I have not received any form of communication from her. Its not so much the fact that our plans didn't happen but that I wasted time going there. I even annoyed my mum a bit as she had to drop me off. If she had told me earlier today that something came up I would of been annoyed cause I was looking forward to doing something but I wouldn't be angry cause I wasted time and money (lunch etc). So that's me getting it off my chest so now the questions. What should I say to her next time I speak to her?

Tell her she's a dumb bit*ch and it's more than rude to not come to an appointment and not let the other person know about it. If for some strange reason you'll want to be more subtle, you could say "Hey thanks for letting me waste 3 hours of me and my family's time waiting like an idiot for you not to show up. You owe me $10 for lunch btw."
