goomstooms Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 There is this guy I really like. The first two times I called him, he talked to me a lot. Then after his father passed away, I called him two more times he said that he was busy and he wanted me to call him back later. So does that mean he doesn't like me back?
funkify Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 His world has just been turned upside down. Don't expect him to act in a normal 'responsive' way, he's going through hell at the moment. Let him go through it. If you like, send him occasional texts just being there for him. His no1 priority is healing from his father's death right now.

Its very difficult losing a family member. I've been through it. It does changes the person they are, it will take him a while to get back on he's feet. Don't push him for any form of relationship right now. Just let him have he's space, let him know you are there for him if he wants to talk to someone. Give him a hug and let him know you will be there for him.
