Hard to Understand!

Ok i need help with this guy, i really dont know where it's going with him!

 

I met him in a Martial Arts class i started taking like 2-3 months ago, since the first class he stared at me a lot! and i thought "meh its probly because im new" then he started talking to me and told me that girls almost never join the class and if they do they never last, so neways he'd always be parters with me in the exersices and started asking me lots about me, first thing was my age lol and i was like "crap!" cuz im 16 and he's 21 =O and he told me i looked 18 and was quite shocked,

 

well after that he started standing next to me in the class and saw that i knew chinese well (cuz they teach us there) and asked if i could pass him some links to the pages i use so i asked for his email to pass them but he said he didnt have one =\ then that he did but he never used it so if we could go to an internet cafe later, but we never went THEN like around a week later i heard him talking to some of the guys i hang out with there and he was saying something about just having broken up with his girlfriend > <! like that same week!

 

so i was like "ok then he didnt ask me to go with him for nothing more he had a girlfriend! he cant have" so i just wrote down the links and gave them to him, he lost them and i gave them to him again and he said he didnt know how to use the page n it was too confusing so if we could go to an internet cafe so i could show him how to use it =\ and omg how could he not figure it out if the page said "english:____" and you just put it there and the characters showed up! so neways we did go to a net cafe thats close to the Academy a few hours before class and we just checked some chinese pages out and ended up just watching vids in youtube lol

 

and he convinced me to ditch Tai Chi and go eat. But then like a month passed and he didnt ask me out again, but he'd still stare and talk to me a lot and change places with other guys to be paired with me n stuff so at last this friday i asked him for his cellphone number and asked if he wanted to do anything this weekend, and he said yes! so i said id call him but i ran out of credit and called him from a public phone and he said tey didnt let him get out of work early but we could meet at 4 somewhere and then go to class, said he'd call me and i was just about to tell him my cell# when the credit went out!

 

so i called him at 4 and he said he'd been calling me =\ and my credit ran low again so we just decided where to meet and hung up, BUT i ran into my best friend, she was just visiting from another state and we ended up staying together then he came and well i think he got weirded out cuz he thought we'd be alone, so ok we just went for some stuff, went to class and she came along so when she was in the bathroom i asked him if he was working sunday (cuz he'd told me the day before that if we couldnt go out saturday he could ditch sunday since its new years)

 

but he said they threatened them at work that if they ditched they'd either fire them or change their campaign but that monday he got out at 2 so we could see later, so the day passed they picked up my friend and went with her to the car and when i came back he was out of the class also and i heard some kids from there teasing him that i was his girlfriend and he said nothing =o so he went with me and just sat there out of the class and talked with me a bit and went back in and well time passed they picked me up i said bye and new-years-hugged everyone and i thought maybe he'd mention sumn about sunday or monday

 

but he told me to have a real good time on new years hmm so meh i went home and started thinking like why didnt he ask for my cell# and thought ohh maybe he still thought that the public phone # i called him from was my cell lol so mb he'd tried to call me there? then again if he didnt wanna go out and i called again it'd be kinda weird but well i'd have to give him my cell and if i waited out the holidays till wednesday and never called him and he called me then he'd think i didnt wanna go out with him anymore and be weird with me in class *o* so i dunno what to do should i call him? i mean i cant wait for him to call me cuz he doesnt have my cell! and he might think i just wont answer him, n i thought about texting him but i have no credit TOT but i dont wanna call him if it'd seem to desperate or sumn =\ plz help!

I kinda get the impression that he's not really commited to you. Especially because of the age difference (he's 1/3 older than you), I don't think that it would be a really healthy relationship.
