ls3360 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Never, ever get involved in relationships with co-workers. I'd qualify that. Having a relationship with co-workers can be fine, but if one of you is the superior of the other or if the relationship poses a conflict of interest in some other way, you should not be having it. HR or your manager can advise on the corporate policies if you don't know them. FWIW sometimes they can ameliorated the situation by changing your jobs/departments/assignments within the company.
