I'm all over it, were going out to a club tonight. I'm trying to find a wingman, but it looks like I'm flying solo.

I'd still have a choice to make there, if the intern was really that hot. You should probably be more specific.

Braggart! :lmao:

Rooster, I really pray none of us have to say "I told you so..." shortly. Behave, be cautious and have fun.

Well I spend this last weekend with the chick from work and it was sweeettt!. She came over on Friday and we went out to a club, came home and she spent the night. We spent the whole next day together.

Damn, I could barely keep up with her she could not get enough.

D'oh!

Be careful, Rooster. That's all I can say.

Well, this week at work should be interesting, eh? Keep us posted.

I wonder what TYASAFAHICSI will say to your exciting news!

I wonder if she'll want something out of that. I know I would but hey that's just me.

You don't sleep/flirt with co-workers and professors for nothing ya know. But then again maybe thats just me.

Rooster, don't do this with an employee under you unless you can afford the risk of losing your job.

O come on now I wasn't trying to start anything.

Just stating what some people do and yes I'll say I'm guilty of some stuff myself minus the sleeping part and yes I got what I needed. No one was hurt by it so it was fine.

This sounds a lot like one of those Texan fish stories. ;):D:laugh::lmao:

Cali- I think it is a bit late for words of warning don't you think!?

We won't believe you completely Rooster until you put up a pic of your 42 year old face and her 21 year old ass

Right. Usually no one is hurt but losing your job can be pretty costly when things do go badly. You're simply playing the odds.

The risk isn't just her turning you in. In some businesses there is a risk of another employee turning you in.

I tried, I really did. If she didn't work with him, I'd say go for it. But dipping your pen in the company ink is never a good idea.

She can quite easily claim sexual harrassment, file a huge lawsuit and yes, Rooster would be liable for monetary damages in addition to losing his job and possibly being black balled out of other jobs.

Not a good situation for anyone to be in. Never, ever get involved in relationships with co-workers. At the very least if you must, one of you should quit and find another job.

I don't think you can claim sexual harassment unless it's done withing the confines of the workplace. I don't touch and rarely talk to her at work, and there are many people who witness that.

Yes, you can. You are a supervisor over her which makes it 10x worse. She can claim she felt pressured to go out with you outside the workplace due to your position within the company.

Trust me, I'm in HR. I know employment law. You are treading on very thin ice here. I tried to warn you but I'm not yer daddy, heh.

I don't touch and rarely talk to her at work, and there are many people who witness that.

That's not the problem. It's what can be implied by her to HR that will hurt you big time.

Remember, you are "personally" liable in a sexual harrassment lawsuit as well as the company. If you think divorce really screws someone over, just ask any poor sap that's been sued for sexual harrassment and lost.

Rooster, there's some candy in life that's just not meant to be touched. You just stuck your hand in a jar of candy, laced with scorpions, wasps and black widows.

Yeah yeah I know, you told me so. She is leaving in two weeks anyway, so hopefully nothing happens between now and then.
