Gettin back a girl

Some of the guys could relate to my story.

 

So theres this girl who I had worked with. We flirted. She would sit next to each other real close (our knees always seem to touch under the table and sometimes it seemed that she would sqeez between me and someone else so that we would sit closely), and standed close to me when we chatted. She laughed at my jokes even though they weren't really funny. One time, she saw that I had a loose eyelash, so she brushed her finger smoothly across my eye, got it out, and told me to blow on her finger saying "make a wish". Being kinda quite, I was sitting down facing away from her, and she randomly started going through my hair with her fingers. She would sometimes randomly say "look into my eyes". She would tell me to stay with her when I was supposed to do my job where it would be just me and her. To all these things, I never really gave her a goood reaction even though I regret it today cus shes hot. The only thing I definitly gave a reaction was when she smiled at me, I always smiled back.

 

Last day of work, she asked for my number (I think she would feel strange about asking for my number earlier cus im very shy). Then after I gave it to her, she said "We will become real good friends" with alot of emphasis on "real". After I gave her my number, she wanted me to come to her party(no alcohol). She said to "bring condoms", but I dont know if she really meant it or was joking around. I didn't go, because my grandma was in town. The next day she calls me and says that I should have came, and then she asks if i will help her and her friend with a summer homework packet. I went over to her house, and helped her (nothing special went down). The next day I called her, but no answer. About four hours, I called her again. She answered. I asked her how her first day of school was. After that I hadn't talked to her. I left her a text message, 2 myspace comments, but no reply to either one.

 

Does she not respond to me anymore, because I was nonresponsive to her when she flirted with me and that I didn't go to her party? Or was I completely used by her to help her with her summer homework packet? Its been four months before I last seen her, and I know that girls like men that show interest right away. It sucks cus I live in the same town, but I go to Catholic school(an all boys school I might add) 30 minutes away. Is there anything I can do to see her again?

Sorry, it didn't come out right the first time. Every time we flirted, I always smiled my best back at her, but didn't return the favor. For instance, when she played with my hair, I didn't play with her hair, but gave her "my best" smile back after she played with my hair etc.
