WTF does this stmt mean? Its rediculous and doesn't make sense. Its like saying "I love you but i'm not IN love with you..." If the single life is so good and scintilating why are you spending so much of it here? I'm doing the same thing you are....passing time, learning and trying to disseminate my experiences to other.

It means that each of us had and could have continued to have perfectly good lives by remaining single. We simply chose not to, decided to be together and neither of us regrets that choice. Life was good before. It's infinitely better now. Elementary my dear Watson!
