My thinking is that asking for a second chance is basically saying I still feel the same way but I haven't changed and the things that led to the break up will eventually show themselves again. Starting over in my opinion says that there are things that have changed that needed to change and want to get back together and the things that led to breaking up are gone for good. Any opinions on this or am I the only peron that thinks this way?
notmakingsense Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 Its just semantics.... you could say that it doesn't make sense to ask for a second chance until you are ready to start over, and starting over doesn't make sense unless something in you (or her) has changed.
