Scrivdog Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Portableversion, You're a kid who wandered into a bar by accident thinking it's a toy store. Now don't let the door hit your ass on the way out ..!
KnowHowLoveFeels Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 Here is what I think most guys want: Admiration Respect Sex Space Full stomach Pampering Drama only when they want it. I agree with this list and in that order. Admiration is a BIG thing for men.
phat_mike Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 I want to make a lady feel special. That is the most important thing to me, having a massive impact on somebodies life.
AManWithTroubles Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 I want to make a lady feel special. That is the most important thing to me, having a massive impact on somebodies life. Good point here. I didn't think about the reverse affect. One of my biggest needs is to provide my wife happiness. When I see her upset, I feel like my job of taking care of my woman is a failure. It's a sorta reverse need. I need for her to be happy or at least content that I'm doing the best I can to provide as good a life as I can and that I am working hard to make it even better. This, of course, leads to depression within myself, when my wife constantly reminds me of how much her life sucks. How bad off she is, etc. So, ladies, please ... don't let down on your man, make sure he works hard, but don't be so hard on him when he is doing his best. It really kills a man.

Guest Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 I think respect is pretty much going to be a constant for almost all men Well, really, oughtn't both people respect each other? I don't think a relationship is healthy unless they do. However, both people are responsible for acting in ways that deserve respect. You can't be abusive or unfair or selfish and expect to be respected.

Even though we are not together (yet) I feel like it is my job to make her feel good about herself. And I really get a kick from making her smile. I would and I think alot of people would consider me to be an outgoing person who is always up for making people laugh. And I just love making girls laugh and feel good about themselves. Does that sound kind of stupid?
