How could she do this to me

After 3 years me and my girl broke up... not even 3 weeks later she has a new boyfriend. And instead of telling me he sent me a link to his myspace page where he talks about how happy he is to have her in his life and things of that nature.... I cant believe it. yesterday she was calling me crying telling me that she misses me and stuff. and then today this crap... how come people... women have to be so cruel.... I gave her everything. I mean when i met her she was driving a 95 taurus... i just got her a 06 explorer.... gave her everything she wanted... treated her like a queen.. and this is how she repays me? she still wont even say it is her man in front of him. . Oh and I forgot to say her new man is like 17.. she is 21 and I am 29. And I did not just buy her things. I loved and cherished her... I am hurt because this is how she repays me... but throwing this crap in my face... what kind of stuff is that. I mean why would she not just tell me she has a man.... The reason she said we broke up is because she was tired of being a stepmom, and becacuse I never wanted to go ot her parents house with her. cause I thought her parents did not like me when they say they do. I dont get it.. what to believe and what not to believe? I love her so I want to believe her.. but after all I have seen on his page I have no clue what to believe

Welcome to the emotional maturity of a 21 year old!

 

Sounds to me like this girl has been a stepmom since age 18 - that's a BIG DEAL. Maybe she went to a guy so young so she could capture/experience some of the things she missed by being in a committed relationship and a stepmom at such an early age.

 

As for her parents - unless they treated you horribly - you should have been able to suffer through an occasional visit - particularly if she was being a step-mom to your kid(s). I can see how that could come across as it being all about you and your immediate family...but not hers.
