Author Green Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 All I know was I would have never come back had it not been for the fact that as I was leaving I said Well he must be a lucky guy (you know to have her as a gf) after finding out she had a bf, and for reasons that seemed like their could be trouble in her relationship she corrected me saying hes not lucky (maybe she doesnt think shes a catch, maybe he treats her like shes not a catch, who knows she shouldnt have said that to a guy trying to get her number if she didnt want my attention) I was working a job that finished today next door to her place of business and I let her know today was the last day of that job and she wouldnt see me around any more. If she had been warm and friendly with me I would have hoped to get her number. Instead things were a little awkward and she probably did tap that guy so he would do something but he just looked at me and kept on working as I talked to and acted like I wasnt there although I'm sure he listened to every word I said. Its over it was fun I'm glad I went in for the second try now I dont have to wonder, the worst thing that happened is some girl who doesnt know my name and probably wont recognize me 2 weeks from now was posibly annoyed by me. Thank you to the people who encouraged me nothing ventured nothing gained

You will bounce back eventually.
