I weigh about 15-20 lbs more than i should.

I'm 5'10" and I weigh 179 right now and when

my shirt's off, it shows. got some extra poundage.

 

My question: Is there another shake or something

like Slim Fast that i could use in combo with my

running and Cardio?

 

My problem is I have a HARD time knocking out the

foods i love or the drinks i love. I feel like i need to

go full on COLD TURKEY/DE-TOX and want to know if there's

a shake or something i could drink to control my calorie intake

while i work out for about 3-4 weeks to get back in shape.

I eat horribly right now. I need to flush out my system

and get moving.

Increase your protein intake....Drink protein shakes, like optiuium nutrition. One of the better tasting ones...

 

Your body works harder at processing the protein which helps burning the fat.

thanks for that. And i also want to apologize for

posting another post like this..I just noticed there

are others asking the same thing.

 

Slim Fast isn't like a Protein shake i guess.

 

It'd be better to go with an actual meal replacement

exercising protein shake, from what i'm seeing online.
