lolad Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 There is this girl in the year above at school who i like, and she likes me back However i am very inexperienced when it comes to this. here is definite tension whenerver we pass in the corridor and when with mates she knows she always ignores me but always stares at me when not near each other, her mates have told me she likes me. But i am not sure how to ask her out, how to act around her before i do, what to say and how to say it?
theadventure50120 Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 Ask her to hang out with you , then each time you will get more comfortable and it will just feel right. Act normal , be your self , don't over do it and act this cool dude.
bluescreenlife Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 Find out about a fun activity that you'd both be interested in. Tell her, "I'm going to do (whatever) on friday afternoon - I thought you might like to come along." That tells her that you have a life and you're paying attention to what she likes to do. You might want to add the kind of smile that makes it clear you're asking for a date. Or, simpler yet, "you know, I'd like to hang out with you sometime." from the sounds of things, she'll be up for it too. Then ask her on whatever date you've thought up - just have tea if you're short on bright ideas. Just relax when you talk to her - you've already been told that she likes you, so go for it.
Guest Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 Yes - when asking out, less is more. Don't think about everything so that you get overwhelmed. Just find out the answer to one question: "Do you want to hang out with me?" The rest will follow naturally. Good luck
