confused_too_much Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 ok my ex just called. It's been 5 days of NC, my mother chatted with her mother on Sunday at my sisters kids Christening. It seems HER mother wants us back together and my mother wants us to hook up again. Anyway, earlier she text saying "hope your ok, mum said you were'nt at the christenin". I replied a few hours later saying "I intended to go... but didnt. I am fine. Thanks for asking". She is just off the phone to me. her: "Hey, just phoning to see if you're ok" - ok this is wierd, I had already told her by text ealier I was ok... me: "Yeah, I am fine" her: "Why'd you not go?" me: "I have a bit of work to do for this friday and havnt even started it yet and on top of that went out saturday night so was a little hung over" conversation was chilled and NO relationship talk - a good bit of humor. She said she isnt going out this saturday and would like to save a bit of cash for xmas. I said "I'm sure we'll hook up sometime for a wee drink"... she said "sure, we will". I gave her the impression throughout I had to go - I had a bit of music playing in the background which she heard, I had to turn it down. I acted completely (not acted - I was) aloof and indiferent... before I could actually say "right I have to go now", she got in there first. Ok now I aint gonna get all excited but I truely think she is beginning to think about her decision... that was a damn wierd conversation, kinda like before. She said she has flu, I said "I'm just glad I aint there with ya now, thats all I need" - joking of course Dunno? Damn I'd chop my little finger off to get back with her.... I have a funny feeling she is actually thinking about what she did.
