She helped me with a lot of things with my ex, and shes really opened up to me and Ive really opened up to her. I told her I wanted to take her to a movie for all her help, but she said she was sick that night, and I asked for maybe another night, and she said for sure, and I told her I would hold that to her, and she said feel free to, so I think she might be a little interested, but I havent really dated in over 3 years, and I just curious if there is anything out there that would be a good idea to make something as simple as dinner and a movie pretty special or more memorable to her? I have a really strong gut feeling about her, so any help is appreciated. Thanks everyone.
lizzielou Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 Have you discussed any specific restaurants with her that you or she really likes or suggested trying? Maybe you can do a nice brunch as something different. I'm not sure how set on "dinner and a movie" you are.

Perhaps an art gallery or a museum or something like that would be better as there would be displays and exhibits that would open up various types of conversation. A meal is also a difficult first date as some people get really nervous eating in front of someone else. Google your surrounding area and look for suggestions.
