If you were to tell a guy that you've known for awhile, that you have an addiction to diet pills, would it hurt the relationship/friendship or make it better, as far as trust is concerned? He knows I used to model, that's where the addiction came from, but he doesn't know I have this problem. We aren't serious yet, but he's told me before that if I ever need someone to talk to, that I can call him. Would this situation be appropriate? Another reason why I want to ask him for help is because he majored in sports medicine/training so he might know a thing or two. What he think any different of me if I tell him?

It probably wouldn't hurt the realtionship but he would probably advise you to get off of them and might suggest how to do that.

You should be able to share something like this in a healthy relationship. And your significant other should be supportive with all this.

Don't be affraid and tell him. His reaction will help you to see if he is the right person for you.
