Ambient Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 I have two questions... How do I break the ice with a girl at work without coming off a wierd? We work in different departments and I see here in the break room sometimes. I just don't know how to get started. She is a cashier and I work maintenance, maybe I sould just buy some food from her when I go on break or something lol, but I still wouldn't know what to say. Also, I was thinking about asking this girl out, but then she showed me her driver's license and I relized she weighed more than me. For some reason that was a turn-off even though I know I shouldn't be. It's just that when I think of a couple the guy is always heavier. I guess stereotypes or something are getting to me. Any ideas on how to get past the mental part of it?
Guest Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 if shes not attractive to u dont waste your/her time talking to her, but if you do want to try to get with her, just buy something and while shes ringing it up start talking get to know her, then everytime u buy something u guys can chat away
