remedylane Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 Ok so there is this really beautiful girl, both inside and out, that I really really like. We met this past thursday at school and hung out twice that day for a few hours total. We are both in college by the way. We met because she kept smiling at me for almost month and I felt more and more attracted to her everytime I saw her so I had to do something! When we met last week thursday, I felt something special inside! We were so comfortable with each other while we were talking. I never felt so comfortable before with a girl I like. anyways, I have some issues, probably with myself. I only see this girl on tuesdays and thursdays for brief moments. She has a busy schedule and lives 45 min away. We were gonna meet today, but she has been busy, and I felt really bummed, but I must be patient! Now we are going to hang out thursday for a little bit and I want to know how I can show my real interest in her? Is it ok for me to ask her about me and tell her how I feel about her or is it too soon? I'm feeling this way because I feel like we won't be able to see each other that much every week (at least until she moves down here soon) and I'm afraid of her losing interest in me. What do you think?

Wouldn't it be ok if I at least told her that I really like her and want to get to know her more and then tell her I want to hang out more?

Right now she said she doesn't want a boyfriend and I didn't even ask her anything about it, she just randomly said it during the time we hung out today. Now I can understand that because she just got out of a relationship recently. But she also said she can't hang out for 2 months, I'm not really sure why. I still want to be her friend and she's still a great person. I just don't know what to do anymore.

A girl that is into you would not say that she can't hang out with you for two months. Also, these girls coming out of a relationship, you have to be very careful with them. Usually, they've been dumped and if given a chance they would run to their previous boyfriends in a heart beat leaving you in a dust. Why be a second choice? Find a girl that wraps her hands around you and won't let go. That way, love is reciprocated both ways and there is no question about that.

I guess I'm still somewhat attached to her because of the way we met. I'm afraid and confused. I don't know what to think and how to think right. I want to be open to other girls, but this girl is just to good to be true. She's like a perfect fit for me and girls like her are RARE here. I want to give her, her time and be her friend. I still feel confused and out of it. I just don't want to lose contact with her, she's such as a great person!
