Unequivocally, yes I do. I have it in my toolkit, so I try it when I have to. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Looks are just another tool, nothing special. A trick of genetics and good style.

It's fun to observe the reactions of those whose tools failed them. Some people really get offended if their looks fail to charm others.

My girlfriend gets worried telling her new boss that she has a boyfriend as she says a male boss would never hire a woman unless he found her attractive in her experience. I'd like to think that's not true, but she's had some crap from guys in her past.

Nope.

With my luck -it'd probably be me who gets sued for sexual harassment.

I think a lot of women are BSing when they say "no I'd never." I'll admit it, hell yes I do! It isn't hitting on men or being sleezy but, eye contact and a smile can do a lot for a girl.

I would not do it in job situations because that's an area where I don't want to bring that sort of vibe but, if a guy thinks you're cute and you smile at him chances are that your order will be brought out faster and with greater care, your next drink at the bar will be free, your oil change will be a few bucks cheaper, you won't get that speeding ticket and so on. It's not a big deal, just nice little gestures that make life easier.

Yes I agree with you too.

Look at all the "hidden" benefits of being a woman. Just remember not to overdo the make-up.

I concede -there! you have me.

It's all that makeup that men are attracted to -not a thing else.

Without it, we'd all be spinsters, childless, lonely, and just miserable.

Thank God for Clinique.

I think that situations like these are harmless and are ok to use your looks.

I agree, I think there is a large difference in flashing the waiter a smile and flashing your boss your tits.

Allina -good point.

It sounds, to me, the equivalent to a man using his position to get a good seat in a restaurant.

Interesting, I never thought of it that way but that's very true Rio

Riddler, it was too much fun, literally too much fun, I'm still sore

I think that very attractive people don't really need to *use* their looks - physical attractiveness will make a difference no matter whether the person means to use her/his looks or not, no matter whether he/she is aware of receiving special treatment or not.

I guess that average looking women can still flirt to try getting what they want. Or do something to enhance their looks before job interviews or such.

While I'd love to be more attractive, I hate flirting or "using my looks" to get attention. Which probably explains why i am a lousy dresser and I hardly ever wear make-up.

Rio does make a good point indeed.

I take it you are a moshing girl?

i'm a pretty good looking dude....women have always been pretty nice to me and even gone out of their way to do things for me, I don't have to do anything except maybe say the right things to them.

I guess you just get used to it after a while and you assume everyone gets treated the same way.

Nah, not too much, just a ton of dancing and rocking out  Also running through the city all day before the show.
