angelsuzibabes Posted October 23, 2006 Posted October 23, 2006 I have been with my boyfriend for a year and a half. It is LDR of 100 miles. About 6 months ago he got cold feet from moving in with me. He says this was due to his money problems. Around this time he stopped seeing me 4 times a week (he travels a lot with his sales job) to about twice. Half the time I travel to him at present. He now wants me to move in with him as he is having to work weekends in a bar just to survive, and we never see each other now. I concerned whether to do this as he has been made bankrupt in the past. Over the next 4 years he incurred debt again. He doesnt take responsibility here and blames his ex wife and then ex girlfriend for them. He is not responsible with money and gets angry when I try to discuss. His family does not know about the debts and think he has money to burn. This year I have paid for most things we have done together. This is from buying him food, to paying for a £2500 holiday he booked and couldnt pay for. I want to help him but seem to be fighting a losing battle here. He didnt even buy my son a birthday card this week but managed to spend £20 on cable TV "adult channels". Incidently he is too tired to make love with me just now !
