Guest Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 I'll be asking a girl out tomorrow and just wanted to know if I had a chance to see her in person at work, should I ask her out then or call her when she's not working? She enjoys my company because the times I meet her she's very excited and if she sees me near she'll come up to me and tell me she wanted to say hi because she saw me.
PurpleAngel Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 If you see her why not in person, however if it is at work it might not be the right place and time, if you saw her in a more social setting yes. Maybe give her a ring... the most imprtant thing is though that if you feel to do it, that you JUST DO IT! Good Luck.
Guest Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Well she works at a mall at a kiosk. I'm going to see a movie so if I see her I'll probably ask her then if not then I'll give her a ring. I do work a few stores down from her though and every time she works she comes by and say hi when it's not busy. So I don't think I'll be bothering her, she doesn't take care of customers.
Leikela Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Yeah, asking her when she comes by and says hi would be an appropriate time to ask her out. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
Sand&Water Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Reply: The best option, is to ask her out in person. Person-to-Person contact, is most liberating. Women find it flattering when men initiate contact/conversation. Do not, give her a ring. Just a movie and/or dinner. No gifts. Good Luck! Sand&Water

Sand&Water I plan on asking her to dinner and visit the largest haunted house in America (local to us) since it's Halloween weekend...and a good start for us to have contact. She's a very fun person and seems very comfortable around me so I don't think I'll have to worry about that.
MikeC Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Good idea with the dinner/house! That is a real good plan for a date. It is always good to go to scary places on a date because you can loosen up and just have fun. Go for it.

What they meant by "give her a ring" was give her a call. It's another way of saying you're going to call someone.
