I was seeing this man up until about april this year. we'd been lovers for about 3 years on and off. we split up because his gf of 4 years - who i knew nothing about - stole his msn details and contacted me through his account and i told her everyhting. She was very rude to me - called me a whore. He got in touch with me straight away, but I hung up on him. last week i found out that his gf is on tv. she did some sort of trip and she's DISABLED! I saw one of the programs she was on and she is not only not good looking at all, she's a nasty person. i dont believe he can still be with her and i want him back. Im much better looking than her, i'm not disabled and im not a nasty person. I don't know if they are still together, so i need advice on what to do first. thank you Deb

From your post, the only reason that you want your ex back is b/c you think you can compete with his former ex. If that's the only thing that spurred you to go get him back, save yourself trouble and leave it alone.
