mister Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 hi everyone i am a 19 year old male and have been with my girlfriend who is the same age for 3 and a half years now, we had a little 2 month break early this year but besides that have been in a very loving and mature relationship, havnt had any fights, little arguments here and there but thats it. But i just have little problem. When we had our break my gf started seeing this guy for a while who was 13 years older then her, it didnt last very long although i was so depressed over it. Well anyway there still friends and message each other and occasionally he visits her at work which makes me cringe and feel uneasy and i think she see's that in me but i am not the controlling type and will never be and i dont tell her not to talk to him or anything, i sorta just hold it back. he has also asked if she can go to him to some event because he doesnt know the city very well with his friend who is coming from overseas. dont get me wrong i trust my gf and i love her to death but the fact this guy is hanging around her, and she even told me if we didnt get back together that he would probably ask her out again which pisses me off cause she told me, she farted in front of her when they went out, he didnt open doors for her and also made the comment "your not the prettiest girl but you would stand out in the crowd". Am i stupid for feeling this way? i have no idea what to do and would love some advice, sorry if its long but thanks if you read it.
