clynn Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Any suggestions for Romantic Movies that appeal to guys? Or Guy Movies that have romantic storylines. Or good sex scenes? Or Chick flicks that appeal to men??
Rooster_DAR Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Just about any move with Rachel McAdams in it.
Pyro Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Any suggestions for Romantic Movies that appeal to guys? Or Guy Movies that have romantic storylines. Or good sex scenes? Or Chick flicks that appeal to men?? Anything with Jennifer Aniston appearing naked would work for me.
remedylane Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 am I the only guy that loves watching romance movies? I normally like romance films with people my age. Right now I'm in college, so college aged movies are fun. But I like all kinds of movies about love. The Notebook was a good one.
Rooster_DAR Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 The Notebook was a good one. That was one of the reasons I mentioned Rachel McAdams. The notebook was a good movie, but unfortunately it best describes how screwed up marriage and commitments are in America. Cheers!
burning 4 revenge Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Midnight Express Also, Brideshead Revisited
tanbark813 Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 A Knight's Tale. It's pretty cheesy, but any movie that incorporates jousting and AC/DC wins points with me.
SmoochieFace Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Basic Instinct's pretty romantic. ... I like 'Disclosure' better.
quankanne Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 The notebook was a good movie, but unfortunately it best describes how screwed up marriage and commitments are in America. the movie was about a man committed to his beloved wife, who was suffering from Alzheimers! How does that reflect a screwed up attitude toward marriage and commitment? my husband liked this movie, though it was hard for him to see the parts where she was having episodes from the Alzheimers, then the very end.
burning 4 revenge Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Triumph of the Will is a love story of sorts
KittenMoon Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Action + Love = guys like Cheesy movies, but what about Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, etc
everlong Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 50 first dates Life is beautiful Amielie Chocoate Beattlejuice Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Who's Afraid of Virgina Wolf Mulan
stoopid_guy Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Porkys.......... Great one! "What Women Want" "Shreck" "Something About Polly" "Anger Management" Most men enjoy most comedies, and don't object to romance that's not tear-jerker man-hater variety.
blind_otter Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 "Dummy" was good. And funny. But kind of creepy.
SmoochieFace Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Triumph of the Will is a love story of sorts ... Yeah, if you're into Hitler, Nazis, et al.
samsungxoxo Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 How about "A beautiful mind", a story about a professional sufferring from schizophrenia.
Rooster_DAR Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 How about "A beautiful mind", a story about a professional sufferring from schizophrenia. That was probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Sorry
Rooster_DAR Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 "Dummy" was good. And funny. But kind of creepy. Don't talk about my ex G/F like that!
climbergirl Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 The Princess Bride (except you'll be hearing "as you wish" constantly after watching) Benny and Joon 40 year old virgin
samsungxoxo Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 That was probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Sorry For you, not for other people.
