cpt101 Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Hey everyone, Not sure what to do, my ex g/f texted me before and wants to catch up, before I move interstate. She broke it off with me, and may have started dating someone elese. Fairly sure she doesnt want to get back together - not that that is really a possibility anyway. My question is, should I catch up, or do I say I cant, move interstate and be done with it. I know that if I see her, it will get me down again, but I also dont want to have any regrets. ideas?
alphamale Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 do not acknowledge her existence in any way whatsoever. the past is over and one with....think of your future.
Author cpt101 Posted October 16, 2006 Author Posted October 16, 2006 I know, and maybe its some form of self mutilation, but I do still care for her, and I want to make sure I leave a good impression. The concept of having such feelings for someone and then blocking them completely from your life is a tough one to understand. BUT hey, she did right?

Josalina Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 if u think it will make you down, if in dought don't do it.... however... my motto in life is: 'i would rather do it and forget it, than not do it and regret it.' these are the spoken words of myself. if u think u may regret it, do it, life is to short, just be awear of the feelings you may feel and don't get caught in the moment. you can only but do your best in life and noone is going to punish you but yourself, if you still have feelings for this man, go and see what he has to say, then you can look back knowing u tried and it didn't work out.
