lost007 Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 hi all, i met a girl online for that past 3 or 4 weeks , it happend that she lives in the same city that i live in , we changed phone numbers, we talked for awhile ,i met her friends, her parents and she came twice to my place as friends with no benefits ,but that last time she was with me we talked about how we are attractive to eachother and how we share lot of things in common.... and she asked if i can give her a kiss and ............we did kissed but we did not have sex, i knew that maybe we went too far/fast , she mentioned how she liked that fact that we are close now....but everytime when i call her now , either she is busy and always say she will call back but never return calls or msg and that last msg i got from her stating that she does not trust her self with me (having sex i`m assuming) thats why she is so distant now and she is sorry. what i need is a close friend to talk to and share ideas and comments and being there when you need a friend,iam really confuse i dont wanna loose her as friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!do i need to move on pretending like nothing happend??? or it was only a one night stand for her ???i dont know .thank you for reading my thread

She is hardly your friend. what i need is a close friend to talk to and share ideas and comments and being there when you need a friend You are not going to find that in someone in such a short time span. If you came across to her in this kind of fashion no doubt you've scared her away. do i need to move on pretending like nothing happened??? or it was only a one night stand for her ??? It is none of my business & you don't have to answer, but I'm wondering how old you are. A kiss is not a one-night stand! Nothing even remotely like it. Sounds to me like you need to relax & just enjoy yourself without getting so serious so quickly with someone.
Author lost007 Posted October 11, 2006 Author Posted October 11, 2006 thats true maybe 3 or 4 weeks she is hardly my friend, so she is what then a stranger, what do i need to call her then..... maybe i call ppl that i meet friends ,maybe because i just divorced and i feel alone or something. it started as kiss then making out then ....she is the one who asked for it and i could not say no i cant im sorry to be honest with you .or maybe we are getting serouis so fast ??? i feel that she dropped the ball to me by stating that she does not trust herself with me ,that is why she has been so distance and i did not how to respond to her, do i just forget it and move on ??

Like I said, I think you're expecting too much too soon. People pick up on that pretty quick, even if it's not a conscious process, & then they back off. i feel that she dropped the ball to me by stating that she does not trust herself with me It could be that she is just letting you down nicely. I don't really know. do i just forget it and move on ?? If she doesn't respond to your calls or profess an interest in seeing you again, then what else can you do?
