Guest Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 Me and my ex broke up about 3 weeks ago. We were still friends and she still had feeling towards me during the last few weeks. She just wanted some time alone, and i could almost guarantee that we would have gotten back together sooner or later, if we stayed friends, which is what i was trying to do. But after about a week, she really wouldnt talk to me anymore, any conversations would just have her be answering my questions in one word answes, and that went on forever. She NEVER says how she really feels about me or anyone so this is hard for me. So after about a week of trying to talk to her, and her not really trying, i got mad. and i have no idea what got into me! i went off on her like there was no tommorow, and i pretty much called her a whore in 10 different ways. And of course i didnt mean any of it. But after i said it, her words were kinda like this, " I loved you and i havent been talking to you cuz i needed some time to myself for a while, but now, ill never get back together with you". But that was in the argument, and idk if she really meant it. So in the past few days, maybe weeks, ive been trying ot talk to her, and she wont talk to me back. I said " is it really true that were dont for good", she just replys, i dont know, but i dont wanna talk to you. and since then, shes completely ignored me in every way possible. In know she still had feeling sfor me b4 that argument, but now idk what to do. Im gonna try talking to he tonight. Its been a week since i last tried. Maybe somethings changed? idk. Im a really nice guy, i just messed up bad. she wont say she has feeling s for me, but she wont say she doesnt so idk. Thankyou. Sorry for writing so much. Does she like me???
jealousIdiot Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 I hate to tell you this, but you gotta drop it. Forget about her fast and get another chick that's worthwhile. I've actually had girls that broke up with me call me out of the blue as soon as I've met someone new, Murphy's law, I guess. Then you get to ignore the hell out of her and feel like a badass as you start making out with your new improved lady friend.

Unless i can find a girl from out of town but even then, im too quiet to approach girls anyway.
jealousIdiot Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 Just think of it this way, now that you've laid it on pretty thick and tried to get her attention, let it go and leave her wondering where you went. Take this as an opportunity for self improvement and do something new with yourself to get your mind off of it if you have to, but don't initiate any more contact. You can't continue pining over this one girl and letting her control the situation. No girl wants a pitiful sap. Make yourself a better man than she deserves. If she trys to talk to you just be chill and ambiguous about it. Turn the tables by getting over her. It hurts like a bitch, but you'll come out a better man.
