Ruff Ryder Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." What people have that ends can never be true love because if it ends it cant be true love because true love never fails…….. We all fail some time some how but true love will never ever fail never let you down it will never hurt you it will only see the truth and help you on your path. So be grateful that what you once had is now gone from you and over because it was never ever true love. Love is exactly as the verse above says PERFECT. So don’t lose yourself in the past and don’t use your thought power and energy on what is lost. IT WAS NEVER TRUE LOVE.
Author Ruff Ryder Posted October 8, 2006 Author Posted October 8, 2006 The first verse is the bibles definition of love. Its in corintions I think. The rest of it is all what my perspective of a failed relationship is. Its a readying process to make sure that when "ture love" comes along you are ready for it. I would like others perspective on this. Loads of us including me sit back and ask the question WHY? We all want clarity on our break up.....

In the midst of breakups, head games, and broken hearts, we tend to forget what the REAL deal is. Like everything else, the Bible speaks the truth on this. But why...oh, WHY...is TRUE love so hard to find??? ~T~
Summer2000 Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 I would also like to know why it is so hard to find true love.. I can't seem to find it for the life of me.. Its funny, I know people that have been married a few times by the age of 30 years old, and I can't find myself to get married even once.. I guess I just have some major issues or something..
Author Ruff Ryder Posted October 8, 2006 Author Posted October 8, 2006 I agree with all of you..... True love the alusive obvious..... Maybe we should be looking for it? Maybe it comes to us when we ready. Answers tha we will never know untill we find true love. Would you rater be married to the wrong person?????? See everything will come in time I think and when it does youll know. But for now just have fun be you and have fun doing it.
LaughMachine Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 That is true, very much so. So to all of you aching inside, read that to take the edge off and just remember in time you will heal. If you let your self of course...
D-Lish Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 Personally, I've been in love many times in my life. All of those loves were "true" and consisted of a deep emotional connection. I married one of those true loves. I divorced him too, shortly after. The point being- there isn't just "one" perfect person out there waiting for us- there are many.
Josalina Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 thanks dlish, well i hope so as i classed my ex as my one true love so if i can find one like him again will be happy. although i never will get over him, i shall remember the good times and just be glad it happened.

I agree, althought the OP is beautiful, nothing is perfect, so if one is waiting for perfection, then may just die trying.

I also tend to disagree with the statement "Love never fails", that simply is not realistic. The original post was beautiful in it's sincerity, but I'm afraid that it still is outlining the fantasy of "The One". I really don't believe there is something that predetermines who the right person is for us, but we make that decision ourselves(along with getting lucky). Great posts though!!!!
Author Ruff Ryder Posted October 8, 2006 Author Posted October 8, 2006 There are no perfect actions only perfect intentions. I think the sam applies to a relationship, there wont ever be a perfect one however is our ability to comprimise and COMMUNICATE that make a relationship what it is. There is no "the one" I dont think there is but there is a person whom you are more likly to get along with and if your and their attitude are right then you have the makings of a good solid relationship. Just my thoughts. "The one" you should be the one and other will fall in line
