missy77 Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 This guy and I dated on and off for like 5 years. Anyway, two years ago, we started seeing each other again. He left me a message on my answering machine saying he would call me when he got a free mintue....well he never called! Something inside of me snapped, I thought thats it, its over, I'm tired of this, because he has done the same thing in the past. Eight months later I get a letter in the mail saying he is sorry for not staying in contact with me, he used to be engaged and he is scared of getting his heart broken again, took him a long time to get over his first love. He also said he doesn't know how I feel about him now, and that he would like to hear from me. Well, I made no attempt at all to respond to his letter, this was 2 years ago. This past weekend I ran into him at the movies, I was standing in line waiting to buy my ticket. He was in line too, and with a date. He said hello, to me and I ignored him. The next thing I know he is COMPLETELY IN MY FACE saying hello, how are you? His date runs up to him, I didn't make eye contact with him, my head was turned and I said fine. (I'm not even sure if he heard me) Then he walks away, and stands outside of the movie theatre staring at me, I have no idea where his date was. Then I go inside the theatre and there he is again, just hanging around inside of the theatre, trying to see me. And again his date is no where to be found. My question is why did he act this way towards me? Is it because he still likes me, or wants to know how I feel about him? Does he still have interest in me?
Guest Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 The question is... why are you asking? Do you still like him? If you did, why not just give him a simple hello the first time? Things may not work in relationships but after 2 years maybe there could have been a bit more cordialness towards each other?
