If a man approaches you at a party, and you dont perticularly find him attractive, but he seems really confident and he seems to like himself, will that make a difference? In short, this is basically what I am asking: If an (average) looking guy has alot of confidence and likes himself, can he get a date with a (beautiful) woman?...Or do you have to have the looks and the muscles to get a beautiful woman?

Dude, no way do you have to have those things. Don't get in your own way. I am by no means hot. Not bad, attractive, whatever, but I ended up going out with one of the prettiest (and loopiest) girls in the city - and you know what she liked about me? My confidence. She even jokes how when I was approaching her she was thinking, "Who's this guy...?" and she was not attracted to me physically, but my confidence wowed her (what she didn't realize is that I was bluffing anyway!) alphamale Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 If an (average) looking guy has alot of confidence and likes himself, can he get a date with a (beautiful) woman?...Or do you have to have the looks and the muscles to get a beautiful woman? women tend to look at the combo of the entire package....looks, body, brains (or lack thereof), personality, confidence, wallet size, penis size, accumulated material goods, car, previous girlfriends, grooming, dressing habits, etc.... as a man you can always make up in areas you are lacking in. the more individual items in the above list that you have the better but you don't need them all. confidence is huge, looks are huge, money is huge.
