You're very strong! You're mom would be real proud of you.

 

It's weird, I never had any anxiety issues, and after my dad died 13 years ago I didn't either...But as I get older, I find I've had more fears, anxiety about life. I'm getting help for it now, and doing so much better, but I still have days that can be rough ones.

 

Good to hear that you're not giving into the depression. I've had mild bouts of feeling blah, and I do react to the changes in light as the winter months hit us, but I have a SAD light to help when we change the clocks next month.

Sorry to hear about your anxiety. I know how scary that can be. Do you have panic attacks?

 

And I know what you mean about the clocks changing. I so hate the shorter days! I even get a little down on June 21 every year.

 

I start counting down to December 21 almost immediately after we change the clocks for fall. I swear I can tell when the days start getting longer again.

 

The SAD light really helps? I'll have to look into that for this winter. I HATE winter!!!
