Guest Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 I have just been dumped by my boyfriend, his reason was he didn't want a relationship. We had been together a year and just returned from a holiday together. But after a week he is with someone else??! We were still chatting as mates for a few days, but now he keeps telling me how he is so in love with his new girlfriend. I am heartbroken enough as it is, without him telling me he's in love again. I'm not sure whether he is trying to make me jealous or just trying to make things diffiicult for me. I know I shouldn't, but I love him so much and there is no pain greater than watching the person you love, loving someone else. I am heartbroken but just don't understand why he's making it harder for me. Does he want me to cry over him? If there is anyone out there who can tell me what they think I would be greatful. I am in despair!

And why would you want to have anything to do with a guy who would constantly hurt you like this...or is he just a braggart? Anybody who breaks up with a lady after more than a year, starts seeing somebody immediately and reports on how much he is in love to his ex is a taco short of a combination platter and evil to boot. You might even consider that he had something going with this lady prior to the breakup. He may have taken you on a holiday out of guilt. I don't know, I just smell poop all over this situation and you don't need to be near it. No more contact with him whatsoever, forever!!!
HeyYouGuys Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 I agree. What a mean-spirited person your ex is! Why would he want to rub salt in your wounds like that??? Do NOT take his calls. Spend time with your friends and family and try to keep as busy as possible. This guy is no winner.
