Rx-8aby Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 Can anyone here give advice on how men get six packs in the easiest way ? Do girls love men with six packs ? Man with six packs
Shyguy86 Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 The fastest way would be to go to the beer store and pick one up for a few bucks! You have a 6 pack, but it's most likely hidden under some fat. You have to do cardio along with proper diet in order to lose the fat and show off that washboard. You can also do core exercises to make your abs stronger and larger, making them stick out a bit more when that fat comes off. It's not easy to get down to a low enough body fat pecentage to get your 6 pack showin', so you have a lot of work ahead of you. Good luck
Pyro Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Can anyone here give advice on how men get six packs in the easiest way ? Do girls love men with six packs ? Man with six packs Watch what you eat, don't drink alcohol (don't torture yourself. Drink, but not alot), and lots of abdominal crunches. I hear that jogging works too, but I never have tried it.
UnknowingOW Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 7-11, local grocery stores, and liquior stores. I don't think the discriminate on gender. Many girls love men with 6-packs...I guess it depends on whether its domestic or imported.
burning 4 revenge Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 I used to have a six pack back in the day. I would eat one big meal a day and just coffee and a harboiled egg in the morning. With my main meal I would eat a salad to lower the overall caloric content of the meal. Activity wise I ran 3 miles every day and did 3 sets of crunches. That was it. I had a six-pack but I was quite skinny, I don't know how the buff guys do it along with all the weightlifting. Another trick- drink lots of water. It fills you up as oposed to snacking and keeps you well hydrated during cardio
stoopid_guy Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Can anyone here give advice on how men get six packs in the easiest way ?You'll probably have to be over 21, but most convinience and grocery stores carry them. Do girls love men with six packs ? Man with six packs The fun girls do.
Pyro Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 OK, since everyone wants to joke, I will to. To get a six-pack, first you will have to have money. Probably $6 or $7 at least, if you want the cheap and disgusting beer. $8 or $9 for the good stuff. Next, you will need some identification. If you are over 21, then your drivers license will work, but if you are under 21, then you need to find a friend that looks like you and use his ID, or have someone make you a fake ID. If that doesn't work, then ask someone who is of age to get you the six pack. If all else fails, make the trip to Canada. You only need to be 19 to get a six-pack there. If you are not of age there, then head to Mexico. I believe that the age is only 16 down there.
Pink Amulet Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 One word- Pilates (yes guys do it too). I have to do it as part of my dance prep and after just 10 sessions my abs were visible.
Pyro Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 One word- Pilates (yes guys do it too). I have to do it as part of my dance prep and after just 10 sessions my abs were visible. I almost joined a pilates class last year, but my schedule was too hecktic. Pilates would be alot easier and alot more fun then ab crunches. If and when I have the time, I just may have to join pilates.
Pink Amulet Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 It isn't as easy as it looks. In fact, the adavanced pilates we are doing now is as taxing on my body as ice climbing.
Pyro Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 I am aware of the challenge of pilates, especially someone like me who isn't all that flexible. I am sure that someone who is very flexible has a much easier time with it.
Pink Amulet Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 But the good thing about pilates is it lengthens your muscles over time. In turn making you more flexible!! I can do the full side splits now thanks to pilates! And I have only been doing it for a month!
Pyro Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 I can do the full side splits now thanks to pilates! And I have only been doing it for a month! Sorry, thinking dirty thoughts here.
Pink Amulet Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Naughty boy. But you are completely right. Now I just have to wait for some lucky guy to experience the perks of my new found flexibilty To the OP- for fast results, contact your nearest gym and enquire about pilates classes!
Pyro Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 You need to pick up the pace on that move to the U.S.
Guest Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Body fat is the enemy of your abs. Even a little will hide them because the middle is where it accumulates easiest. If you're heavy or of a large build, I wouldn't worry about them at all. It's very difficult for big guys with some fat to get ripped. If you have a fairly slim build, weight lifting with heavy weights will work wonders on bulking up muscle. You can do sit up's with weights, but many times, just the weight lifting of other muscle groups will do it because the torso muscles are used to some extent in so many exercises. The reason I say to not worry about it if you're heave is personal experience. I've always been heavy and I lifted once. I had very strong abs, and could feel them like rocks while flexing, but I couldn't see any of them well because of body fat. The only two paths to getting rid of it was a starving diet to deplete all body fat, which would also deplete much of the hard earned muscle (not to mention being hell to endure), or liposuction.
scobro Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 The secret to a six pack is doing cardio at the proper times when your body will use fat as fuel. You also need to cycle your starchy carbs as well.Eliminate sugars from your diet. The key is low body fat% but not starving yourself.Eating 5-6 small meals a day will speed up your metabolic rate.Eat protein at every meal as well.Ephedrine and Caffeine works nicely once you have mastered the nutrition part.I have a six pack and I will tell you it's not easy and takes hard work but oncwe you get it you will use your pic in avatars....lol:D
Guest Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Six pack abs are obtained in two parts. First part is diet and it’s best to eat low sugars and many small meals. Rather than 3 big meals a day, you want to eat 6-8 small meals. It keep s your metabolism up and burns food more efficiently. You obviously want proper exercises as well, that’s the second part. Give these exercises a try they're complete with free videos that shows proper technique.
