susy1983 Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 hi i was wondering if any1 can help me im living in uk and i want to move to be with my other half as nearly full term pregnant with his baby i currently have a little girl and was wondering if there is anything that the childs father can do to stop me from going i would allow all the access that he likes at weekends ... many thanks

Do you have a current contact order or anything in place, or is it just an agreement between her father and you? Are you speaking taking the child out of the country, or with the UK. Within the UK there really isn't much he can do to fight you on the move.
