Is she socially distraugt or am I just bad at reading body languag?

I have recently been getting a lot of mixed signals from this girl i like at school. She flirts alot and makes it quite obvious she likes me. She has even told my friends that she wants me to ask her out, but when i did she told me flat out NO in an annoyed voice. The next day she was flirting with me again and it is quite obvious she wants me. During a school assembly (oh yea im a sophmore at high school by the way) she sat literally on my lap and there was a chair open right next to me! Not only that but she constanly does little things like flip her hair and touch my shoulder and like i said big this, sitting on my lap grabbing my thigh under a desk, on one occasion actually grabbing my crotch under a desk. She is a great friend and ive never seen or heard of her acting this way with anyone else.

I think she's using you for a self-esteem boost, leading you on and testing her power.

 

If I were you, I'd step way back, as in, don't allow her to touch you and sit in your lap and grab you. Ignore her when she flips your hair.

 

A girl that truly cares for you wouldn't have turned you down when you asked her out, and wouldn't tease you and play games the way she is.

haha , no offense but your post kind of reminded me of the marionette and it's puppet master. well i agree with norajane, thats what you call a tease. She's using you to boost her esteem, i say ignore her and ask someone else out...her esteem will plummet through the ground.
