missy77 Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 Me and this guy started off to a rocky start. If you read my thread Stood Up, then you'll know what I'm talking about. We went on our first date, everything went really well, I had a GREAT time! After he brought me home, he called me and we talked for like an hour on the phone. He said that he thinks about what it will be like when we kiss for the first time. I told him, I think it would be nice. He said its been a long time since he's kissed anyone. He might stop by my house today after work, and I'm REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HIM!!! I soooooo hope he stops by. I have totally flipped over this guy!!! And I've only know his for 2 weeks. All I can think about his him!!! How do I keep him interested in me? I don't want to lose him to another girl. And do you think he's crazy about me like I about him?
Author missy77 Posted September 8, 2006 Author Posted September 8, 2006 Please someone give me some advice.
Yoohoo Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I'd not worry about impressing him or anything...if you've just been yourself so far, and he seems interested so far, just keep that up...don't come on in person as strong as you seem in text, because if its been a while since he kissed someone, he's probably more reserved about such things.... Good luck, let us know what happens.
Jilly10340 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I think you should just see how things go. You can't really do anything to keep someone interested in you, just be yourself. I find that guys like me more when I act more natural.....and don't drool over him right in front of him
Author missy77 Posted September 8, 2006 Author Posted September 8, 2006 Thanks you guys. Why do you think he would tell me its been a while since he kissed someone?
Pyro Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Thanks you guys. Why do you think he would tell me its been a while since he kissed someone? I would say that its because he is very excited and looking forward to kissing you. Just be yourself and I hope that all goes well. Its only been two weeks, so try to not get all your feelings involved just yet.

I've never had a guy tell me its been a long time since he kissed someone. I'm trying not to get attached to him too fast, but its so hard not too. And I find myself always wanting to look my best for him. My friends tell me I can do so much better, but I really like him so far. I guess I'll just wait and see what happens.
phyrespryte Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Thanks you guys. Why do you think he would tell me its been a while since he kissed someone? probably because it's been awhile. and he's worried he's forgotten how things work.
Author missy77 Posted September 8, 2006 Author Posted September 8, 2006 probably because it's been awhile. and he's worried he's forgotten how things work. i thought about that too, maybe he think he's a bad kisser or somethin. but i already like him a lot he makes me laugh, happy, and i look forward to seeing him.

Don't dispose of your friends advice. They may be on to something, but in the meantime, try and slow your feelings down for him. I would hate to have you post about a heartbreak sometime down the road.
