Ok imagine this situation:

You see a girl around school a couple times a week or so and you started to find attraction in her so you want to try to get to know her. Now this girl is not in any of your classes or anything, but you just see her around school.

What do you say to talk to her the first time? What is your introduction, and what topics do you usually talk about? How do you end the conversation if you feel you don't have much else to talk about and if the convo starts to get too silent?

I've done it before where I talked to girls that I didn't know and feel like my introduction is not that great.

What do you guys say? What if you see the girl, but she seems to be in a hurry or you always see her with her friends or whatever?

I'm just trying to make up many situations that do arise for me and want to find out specifically how you guys do it.

Do you know what sort of things she is interested in? Start stalking. I mean, researching.

For goodness' sake don't use your real name! The weather is always a nice icebreaker. And ask her what her favourite cold remedy is - she is giving you a bad case of the shivers.

How do you end the conversation if you feel you don't have much else to talk about and if the convo starts to get too silent?

Fainting can sometimes get you some sympathy. But then there is always the possibility that it can backfire - you might go straight to the friend zone. Oh - and if some random guy tries to resuscitate you, then start wriggling and foaming at the mouth (practice this beforehand).

Sorry, I should've explained myself more clearer. Although I appreciate you advising me, I want to know exactly how "you" guys do it. I'm making up the situations and you are answering them as if the spotlight is on you.
