Good evening:

I havent written a thread like this one in a while.Im usually a very optimistic and happy person but something has changed in the past weeks. I feel Im in an emotional distress. Too much going on and its taking a toll on me.

Im having a hard time at work with my boss, i have been with a horrible pain in my legs that they cant figure out what it is, I have a friend who doesnt want to break up with her abussive boyfriend, im in a financial crisis that causes me not to go out much and my only escape is talking on the phone and venting online .... Im not the type to bitch and complain but i feel so empty and sad. Any advice? Am i going through depression? Has anyone felt likethis before? Like an emotional rollercoaster. Im not pmsing lol

Im a strong tough woman who doesnt let things get to me but i feel tired. I just tired of trying.

Thanks for all the encouraging words. I hope everyone agrees its just a temporary stage.

man, kiddo, sounds like stress is pretty much eating at you every which way.

to sound like a nosy old lady, but are you doing anything (like exercising) to help you release that stress? Are you eating all right? Is there anything inexpensive you can do to just get away from the stressful environment (hang out at the bookstores, go window shopping, hang out with folks from a group that shares common interest) that doesn't necessarily cost a lot of money?

a couple of thoughts:

• leg pain – new shoes or wearing ones that don't have proper support? Sometimes even favorite shoes can be a killer if they don't support your feet/legs well. Or if you're doing more stuff in shoes not compatible to that activity (walking long distances in heels not made for that, etc).

• B12 vitamins – they perk up your red blood cells, which transport oxygen throughout your body so that it can function better.

• proper sleep. When your 6-8 hours of good sleep is interrupted, it seems like life goes to shxt, in my personal experience ...

take heart: things get better simply because they must – bad times don't last forever, even when it feels like they do.

hugs,

quank

Nice advice Quank!

Prfrogkisser, I know it probably doesn't help much but others have been there as well. I would take Quank's excellent advice and I would try to continue to talk to people about what bothers you any way you can. I truly believe that always helps - just try not to keep things inside of you.

It sounds like you have many things working at you and I feel that most people would feel down in your shoes. You'll make it as this certainly wont last forever!:D

Thanks so much for the wise words of advice. Im taking it day by day and venting as much as i can. Its true that sometimes I keep going and putting all these things in the back of my mind and heart until something triggers and DAMn hell breaks loose:laugh: I try to be the best person no matter what is going on but im human so i have bad days also. Thank God they dont last forever if they did i would be a bitch 24/7 :lmao:
