Woggle Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 I have heard some on here saying I should not have married an older woman and yesterday somebody told me they thought this was a bad idea but to me it is a perfect fit and here is why. I don't relate to women my own age. Many women and men my age are still in the teenage rebellion phase. They want to live the single life, have sex with many people, drink, party and go wild. There is nothing wrong with this but I was over it in my early 20s. I spent my teenage years in a drunk and drugged out haze and now being settled and stable feels so great to me. She feels the same way I do and to us a fun night could be sitting on the couch watching a dvd together.
Cliche23 Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 Hey that sounds good to me; If you feel that you have a better relationship with an older woman, by all means go on and do what makes you happy. Don't worry about other's and their opinions, perhaps these people may not want you to be happy. Hey have fun, smile, do what makes you happy. Take Care!
hotgurl Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 Woogle, I am just like you. I like chilling out. I have the opposite situation. i am younger and he is older.
insomnie Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 I'm really glad you're enjoying being married to her, Woggle!
whichwayisup Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 What counts is what you feel and what she feels. Screw (well, not literally) everybody else's opinion on whether or not she's too old for you. You're married, happy and that's what counts.
Touche Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 I believe he's 26 and she's 41...Man, I'm on here too much!
burning 4 revenge Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 13 years doesn't sound quite as bad now does it? Your'e on here too much?
alphamale Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 I don't relate to women my own age. oh but you do relate to women 15 yrs older? wtf wait until she starts going into peri-menopause and you are only 32 yrs old. then we'll see how much you get along with older chicks then you'll be out on the street trying to meet 27 yr old chicks.
burning 4 revenge Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 oh but you do relate to women 15 yrs older? wtf better than i relate to women 15 years younger
Touche Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 13 years doesn't sound quite as bad now does it? Your'e on here too much? It's 15 years...(13 years? That was either a Freudian Slip or you are even worse at math than I am! ). Yes, I'm on here too much..meaning the fact that I knew the answer to that question!
burning 4 revenge Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 I'm neither bad at math, nor was it a Freudian slip. I'm sorry, I should have written it Your'e on here too much? Meaning I should be doing something with my life
UnknowingOW Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 WWIU...you DO NOT HAVE THAT AVATAR UP!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
Author Woggle Posted September 2, 2006 Author Posted September 2, 2006 I don't even know if it is age but it is maturity and compatibility. She is the type of woman I thought didn't exist anymore and why let one small think like age get in the way of an otherwise perfect thing. She has the body of a 30 year old anyway because she takes care of her body. She actually looks younger than my ex-wife.
whichwayisup Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 WWIU...you DO NOT HAVE THAT AVATAR UP!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:        Yuppers! Wog, you're a lucky man to have a woman that you love in your life. Again, don't listen to anybody who thinks the age thing is wrong. As long as you and your wife don't care, that is all that counts! Age is just a number!
Hitman10000 Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 Wishful thinking, the oldest chick I'd be with would be 7 years older, but she has to look younger than her age. If she's in her 40s but she looks like in her 30s, or 30s but looks like 20s then that's fine. (Without makeup) I dated a couple chicks that were in their 20s but look much older, to me that's a bad sign that the person suffers from heavy stress and emotional problems that they can't seem to improve/fix upon.
Outcast Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 she starts going into peri-menopause She's already there. It starts at 35. But so glad you, Ms. Alf, piped in with your intimate knowledge of the feminine reproductive cycle

Few years from now, you might want some younger gazelle and she might not be too kenn to be couch potato playing your mother.
blind_otter Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 I like being a home body too, and I'm only 26. Well almost 27 now. I prefer dating men who are older than me. I'm not going to denegrate men my age, however. I think they are fine and just becaue I prefer older men I'm not going to say that men my age are stupid and egotistical and make bad decisions based on inexperience. Even though that may be true.
